Panther Pride Soars: EARJ Volleyball Shines in Big 8 and Beyond

With the final Big 8 ending a short while ago and Little Ten commencing just now, athletics at EARJ are shining throughout the halls. With all four of our teams heading to the Final Four showdown to become national champions, our school's panther pride couldn't be soaring higher. Our volleyball teams specifically thrived in the Big 8 championship, with both squads winning gold.

Volleyball is an exhilarating sport that consists of six players on the court, with every spike, set, or bump counting. What is so incredible about the sport is that all players on the court have an intricate part to play and it all counts at the end. With specific plays and certain player positions, our girls’ Volleyball team pushed through and played to their best ability. The volleyball team also has excellent coaches who guide our girls' volleyball team to excellence and make them the best versions of themselves on the court. With their amazing win last year in the 2024 Big 8 championship, there also came a great loss of the seniors who shaped their team and had a truly stellar performance during the season. Many people doubted and had no faith in the team of 2025, but they pulled through and excelled.

Overall, the entire EARJ community is thrilled to not only see our volleyball girls succeed but to see all our teams succeed as well. Go Panthers!
